The nature I find in a graveyard is fascinating.
Exploring empty buildings.
Items from my collaborations with others using my images.

I love crows and graveyards.

Many years ago my parents influenced me greatly with my passion to photograph and create images. My Dad had a small business as a portrait photographer and my Mom hand painted the toned photographs with oil paints. I love to be out in the elements with my camera in hand capturing images that appeal to me, sometimes just the everyday weirdness of life or images that are there everyday and don't particularly seem like good subjects.

Empty Buildings and Houses:
Old empty buildings and houses are abundant where I live and I love to photograph them. I get chills when I think about how the empty halls must have sounded with bustling workers talking and laughing, the people that spent so much of their lives in those buildings. I sometimes envision a mother in a apron taking out a fresh baked pie from the oven and setting it on the now tattered window sill of a abandoned home.

Crows:
I love the way the sun lights up their blue/black feathers creating a gorgeous velvet appearance and how they caw when they see me as if to say hi.

Stones & Angels:
I'm amazed at the gorgeous old ornate stones and angels in the graveyards. It all seems so otherworldly to me as I wander about an old graveyard.

Weird:
I like slightly weird subjects at least some might think my subjects are out there, but to me they are the norm.

Animals:
I have a love for animals and have many that I've taken in. I especially care about the wellbeing of cats, mostly ferals. through no fault of their own they live in the brutal elements just trying to survive. I hope for a day when all animals are treated with care and kindness. If every pet owner would spay or neuter their pets it would help to greatly reduce the unwanted pets.
